Refund Policy — AKA Our “We’re Not Happy Unless You’re Happy” Promise
We take your satisfaction seriously (but not ourselves, because cleaning is more fun with a little sparkle). Here’s how our refund and re-clean policy works:
1. Cancellations & Refunds

24+ hours’ notice: If you booked and paid in advance but need to cancel, give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll refund you in full — no dust bunnies, no drama.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: We totally get that life happens, so if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we’ll refund 75% of your payment. This covers the time we’ve already spent prepping your crew and any potential missed bookings.
2. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send our team back to make it right — free of charge.

Still not happy after our return visit? We’ll give you your money back. Full stop. (We may cry a little into our feather dusters, but you’ll get your refund.)
3. How to Request a Refund
Just send us a quick email or give us a call. We promise not to make you jump through hoops. .
4. The Fine Print
We can only refund the payment to the original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, though sometimes banks move slower than our vacuum on shag carpet.
