Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Silver-Woods Cleaning Solutions! By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the terms below. We know this part isn’t as fun as sparkling countertops, but it’s important so we’re all on the same (clean) page.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and specialty add-ons. We do not:

  • Remove hazardous waste or bio-hazards.

  • Perform structural repairs, painting, or heavy-duty home improvement.

  • Move heavy furniture or appliances without prior agreement.

If you’re unsure whether we can handle a task, please ask before booking; we’re cleaners, not magicians (though sometimes it feels that way).

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, or through email.

  • Payment is due at time of booking, or in person when cleaning is complete.

  • We accept card payments at time of booking, and cash, check, venmo, paypal, or cash app in person.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you’ve booked and paid in advance:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 75% refund. 

  • If you are not 100% satisfied, we will come back and clean again at no extra cost. If you’re still not happy after that, we will refund your money.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To help us work our magic, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property (keys, door codes, someone home, etc.).

  • Secure pets and remove hazards before we arrive.

  • Provide accurate details when booking (size of home, special requests, etc.).

If we show up and can’t access the property, or the conditions are unsafe, we may need to reschedule and a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Our Responsibilities

We promise to:

  • Provide professional, trained, and insured staff.

  • Use cleaning products safe for your home and family (eco-friendly when possible).

  • Treat your home and belongings with respect.

5. Liability

We carry State Farm Artisan and Service Contractors insurance to protect both our customers and our staff. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or deterioration due to age.

  • Stains or discoloration that cannot be removed with standard cleaning methods.

  • Items not disclosed to be fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable.

If accidental damage occurs during a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

6. Health & Safety

We follow OSHA and Virginia safety guidelines. Our cleaners have the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or encounter hazardous materials.

7. Changes to Service

We may update our services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We never sell your personal information. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be handled in Floyd, VA.
